Since 2012, Norisbank has been an online-only financial institute. The restructuring came after Deutsche Bank AG purchased Norisbank following a series of acquisitions and mergers since its inception as Noris Credit Bank back in 1965.

This restructuring also allows the company to focus on delivering financial solutions at the speed of online business in order to meet the needs of the growing numbers of business and individuals needing such services.
